Kirsten

Owner & Hounds' Enthusiastic Business Manager
Kirsten lives in Whitefish Bay with her family and their English Cream Golden Retriever, Sunny — you might know Sunny as Hounds' friendly greeter and toy connoisseur! With a Business Administration master's from Marquette University, she's excited to apply her expertise to the pet industry. Kirsten loves curating unique products for the store and is thrilled about the upcoming Spa at Hounds. When not at work, she enjoys Pure Barre classes, playing baseball with her son Hunter, and walking Sunny.

Seth

Owner & Our Passionate Groomer
Seth's grooming journey began in 2014, evolving from apprentice to professional at top-rated salons. After exploring roles in volunteer coordination and sauna building, he returned to his true passion: pet grooming. Seth grooms his own pups - Otto (German Wirehaired Pointer) and Edith (Bernadoodle) - and specializes in hand stripping and breed-specific cuts. He's pursuing Master Certified Groomer status with AKC and NDGAA. Committed to excellence, Seth regularly attends industry workshops and seminars, ensuring your furry friends receive top-notch care!
